I was very impressed with Passport. My Audi S4 Avant is pretty rare; it is a 2004 with only 25,000 original miles. It is in new condition; no dents or dings & NO accidents.
It was critical that the car arrive in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to work with the driver, Mike. He has had a good deal of experience transporting special cars.
I ordered top level only closest to the cab in a hard sided enclosed truck. The truck & position of the car were exactly as ordered. Despite picking up & delivering other vehicles, my car went from Seattle to Charlotte, NC in 8 days. Each truck is equipped with GPS & I tracked my car across the country.
The driver, Mike, was very professional, efficient & honest. It was a pleasure to work with him. He treated my car as a valuable & special car.
If I ever need to transport another vehicle, I will skip the bid process & work solely with Passport.
