I didn't realize that Direct Express was a broker until I called to adjust my vehicle's pickup time and they directed me to the truck driver. It made me a little nervous that both parties weren't going to have the same information for their records but at least everything worked out. They took the vehicle transportation search out of the moving process for me and it was a major help.
