From the moment I first spoke to Matt on the phone while gathering estimates for my car to be shipped from Boston to Seattle, I knew I was in good hands. Ship A Car Direct was the first of 3 or 4 different companies I contacted, and they provided me with the fastest quote, right while I waited over the phone. Their estimate was about mid-range of the others I gathered, but after reading all the great reviews I decided I'd rather pay a little more for the confidence of knowing my car would arrive safely and on time.

The trucking company that picked up the job was also very courteous and prompt with great customer service. They were easy to get in touch with when I had questions. On pickup day, the truck was running a bit late due to traffic, but we determined a convenient location to meet and the pickup went very smoothly. I was impressed to learn that my car would arrive right when I needed it to, only a couple of days after my move to Seattle. The drop off was on time and in a convenient location, and the driver even came to pick me up (with my car) at the rental car place where I'd just dropped off my rental car. He drove me to the truck's location so we could finalize paperwork and the entire experience was very easy and quick.

I'd definitely recommend this car shipping company to anyone doing a big cross-country move. They know what they're doing and provide great customer service. Matt reassured me all through the process that I had nothing to worry about, and he was right!
