After having to cancel my order with Direct Connect Auto Transport when they failed to pick up the car 5 days running and then telling me they possibly could not pick up and deliver the car for two weeks yes, two weeks. I then contacted Malia at Auto Shipping Group Inc she was polite and prompt the car was picked up the following day and delivered the next I could not have been happier with the service and would recommend to anyone.
