So often in our faceless times of internet transactions, you earned business by being competitive but you earn loyalty from dedicated professionals such as Manny Vazquez. He definitely understands selfless and personal service. Once we agreed to the shipping estimate, I gave him what I thought were unique challenges. I live on a road inaccessible to large trucks and the destination was a remote military base where my son presently serves with restricted hours. Mr Vazquez quickly resolved these issues and continuously kept me up to date on the status of finding a carrier. I didn’t want my son’s car sitting at some anonymous mid point location awaiting onward travel. Mr Vazquez found a carrier going directly to the destination who was more than amenable to the unique circumstances. The carrier wanted a few more dollars, which may put some people off but I was glad to pay as I trusted Mr Vazquez and felt comfortable knowing he would follow through. This carrier was friendly and professional. Mr Vazquez coordinated unique requirements for both of us, but I was pleased with Mr David Steinnard's quick delivery and patience when dealing with military requirements my son is now obligated to fulfill.

I saved Mr Vazquez’s contact info if I have occasion to ship another car, or hear a friend contemplating a shipment. I’m glad to know kind professionals still exist.
