Okay so here is the story of my car transport. This company and Kim were knowledgeable and i have no compliants with them. However the company that was booked CFR Rinkens picked up my vehicule on time but ended up deliverying 10 days late. Not only that but on the day they were supposed to deliver and didnt, i was not called or emailed a reason as to why, i had to call them and then i was told there was a delay due to weather. Fine i can understand that but i cant understand why after my vehicle arrived in California on a Thursday i had to wait till Tuesday to recieve the car and why i had to harass them about what was going on. Thankfully Kim got involved and finally got the vehicle delivered after all this nonsense from CFR. I would recommend this company again but make sure you dont get CFR to ship your car for them communication with the customer is a luxury that they cant afford.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY GOING ON 9 YEARS NOW! Adam, Even in emails I cannot express how sorry I am that CFR did this to you. Since I have been doing this for 9 years, I do understand delays happen but 10 days late is insane, and I am glad I was able to get that 100 discount for you.
