Tom did a good job dealing with me as a customer. I think the one thing that took a while to get across though was just how short notice the shippers schedule a move. I was moving across country and had a very small window to have the cars shipped so I wanted to plan well in advance. I received two hour notice and wish there was a way to schedule more solidly in advance.

Thank you for your feedback Brandon. That's a really good point for first-time shippers - there are no preset schedules or set routes to "lock down" weeks in advance. Routes and timing varyfrom week to week depending on the business available. Carriers really are confirmed within a day or two of pick-up, sometimes the same day.
