Great transport experience

From my first contact with Ship a Car Direct, they were excellent. Tom was in touch with me constantly by phone or e-mail and walked me through every step of the process. My car was picked up on the day I requested and delivered on the estimated delivery date. Tom followed up with a phone call on delivery day to make sure everything had gone well and my car had arrived.
The transport company, Transauto Logistic Corp was great. The drivers contacted me ahead of time with locations (truck is too big to get into a residential neighborhood, so we met in parking lots) and estimated times - they were on time at both ends. Driver was thorough and pleasant to work with. The car arrived in California in the same shape it was in when it left Virginia.
I'll use Ship a Car Direct again if I need transport - they do a great job.
