I chose Number 1 Auto Transport after talking to many service providers and conducting some research on each candidate. Joel was the sales agent who was very honest and friendly, providing me with all the information of how the industry works and the research tools (including this website). It helped me a lot to manage the expectation/stress and to spot the tricks some other service providers used to get you. Sam and Robby were the operations guys who booked the truck company and coordinated the move. They did a great job by having the car picked up right on time and delivered ahead of the promised delivery window. I was extremely impressed by Sam and Robby's dedication to make sure the customer is 100% happy with the service they provided. My EZ pass tag was taken off, but not stored in the anti-scanning pouch (please remember to do so, fellow customers!). So the super sensitive scanner still registered my car while it was transported and charged my account. After being notified of the incident, Sam and Robby took actions right away and took care of the charges. They really took customer service to the next level. I'd highly recommend Number 1 Auto Transport to anyone.
