I worked with Steve and had a great customer service experience on the front-end of my order. He was fair and honest about his prices and quick to respond to questions that I had. The only complaint I have is with the timeliness of the delivery. I was originally quoted about 7 days for the delivery and it ended up being 2.5 weeks (18 days). Very big difference! Overall, he was one of the cheapest BBB accredited shippers I found and the vehicle arrived without any damage. Good experience, I'd probably use this company again if I wasn't dependent upon a more specific delivery date.
