Smooth delivery, no drama, exactly the way I like it

I've done this more than once. ASG is always very proactive about contact, but I have the darndest time with dispatchers from the transporter - in general. I usually have to contact them, and then no one has any idea I'm shipping a car. Then I talk to the driver and all is well again. Ah well, I'm getting used to it. We've had this shipper twice and each time they had excellent drivers, good equipment, I felt comfortable that my car was secured tightly, and they were both prompt and flexible with regards to location. My cars have always arrived safe and sound.
