I sold my car to 78 year old individual who always drove or trailered his cars. I explained to him the ease of having a transport deliver his car to his door step and that for the extra money spent it's well worth it to save the ware and tare of doing it yourself. I volunteered to set up a transport for him. I put my name out and started receiving emails and a lot of text's. I no the highest percentage of cars needing transport are from old fogies with the money who can take advantage of your company. Believe Me us old guys don't go for emails and hate text so when Stephanie Hamilton gave Me the respect of a phone call she opened up a channel of communication (the sound of a human voice not a recording, text or email). She explained your services and I asked if is was ok for Me to set up the transport for My buyer since He was new to this. She set everything up and contacted the buyer to let him know what to expect. The car was picked up in a short time, Stephanie called Me the same day and let Me know she was there for any questions I may have ( like I said us old guys need that live voice to feel we are getting our moneys worth). Can you imagine all those companies who only text or emailed Me could have had my business !!!!!?. Treat your potential customers with respect and you will get a lot more business.
