I'd like to ship my car within 1 week and very strict on the delivery time(shipped on Mon and delivered on Fri night or Sat). Dan handled all issues. He gave me several options that may work and kept me posted during the scheduling. The driver also call me before pickup, during the transport and after delivery, let me know his status. And it's a real "door to door" service, picking up and delivering my car at my apartment.

They delivered on Sat morning, on time and no damage. It was a single tier truck so that you dont need to worry about "buttom-tier" issue.
