I needed to ship my car from central NM to southern California. I got quotes from numerous companies since I had never shipped a car before, and South Beach Transport had the lowest price while still having positive reviews online. There were other companies that offered a slightly lower quote, but when I'd look into it, I'd find they had really poor reviews and BBB scores.

Also, Javier with South Beach Transport was a pleasure to work with. He explained the basics of auto shipping to me, but didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He was very up-front.

I was given a window of days in which my car would be picked up, and it was picked up within that time without any issue. The driver on that end was friendly and professional. My car arrived when I was told it would arrive, several days later. One thing I really appreciated was the honesty from South Beach Transport. Other companies would tell me they could have my car picked up on an exact day, or that transport would only take 2 days, etc. But I learned through reading reviews that this isn't really the way auto shipping works, and so I appreciated that South Beach Transport made it clear there were a window of days my car would be picked up, that it would take 3 days to arrive, etc. I was told the truth by South Beach Transport and so I wasn't disappointed in any way.

My car arrived without any damage or issues. In fact, since the truck was too heavy to drive on the street I was living on, the driver drove the car to deliver it to my door. I could've walked to pick it up, as it was only about half a mile, but I really appreciated that extra courtesy and service.

The bottom line: South Beach Transport will treat you honestly, give you a very fair price, and they have excellent drivers who are professional and courteous. I will be shipping this same car again soon, and this time I can skip shopping around, as I will definitely use South Beach Transport again.
