Auto Transport 123 had plenty of time to set-up a driver and a pick-up for my car. The delivery was scheduled five weeks in advance. The project was left unantended to in their office for over a week prior to the final arranged date. Then I get a call that to move the car "now" was going to cost $150.00 more than the quote. I was not surprised actually - as I read that this happens often in this business.

In the interim my e-mails to Nicole Hancock went unaswered and some were returned. I also was not able to contact her by phone. Not sure what was happening there. I am told she had an illness - I hope all is well.

Regardless - all ended well. The driver was very good and a fine person. In fact, Lowery Auto Transport of Savannah, Georgia should get extra credos for saving what could have been a frustrating experience.
