My experience with DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT was easy, convenient, and competitively priced. I called the toll free number to set up the transport, and the whole process was completed in under 2 weeks (From initial call to drop off at destination). Kelly was very nice and helpful, and the process really couldn't have been any smoother.
After doing some research and shopping around various transport companies, it became clear that direct express was a good deal. Payment process was simple: $169 to direct express, and $500 to the driver upon delivery.
Driver (Anthony's Auto Transport) was polite and on time. The representative with Anthony's indicated that the truck would be arriving at 3pm Saturday, and it arrived almost exactly at that time. It's always nice when people are truthful about timing, something that has unfortunately become somewhat uncommon in this day and age.
I would most definitely refer anyone that needs to ship a vehicle to call direct express. Direct express is priced right, and their drivers arrive on time with your vehicle in good condition.
