When I requested transport of my truck, I gave a two week period of desired time. The pick-up time was scheduled for the first available day and I was provided information about the carrier and contact info for the name and telephone number. I was contacted by the carrier and given an approximate pick-up time. Due to scheduling problems, I was called and it was postponed a few hours, but not a problem, and the truck was picked up on the scheduled date and checked over and recorded before loading. The truck was delivered the very next day some 800 miles away and every thing in good shape.
I was very pleased with the service I got for a reasonable and competitive cost.
This was my first experience to ship a vehicle by truck. I received 3 other quotes.
