Took a while to get a driver assigned. Understandable given the out-of-the-way pickup location and size of the vehicle. Once a driver was assigned, everything went smoothly. Communication was good. Driver was very professional and no damage to vehicle. Price was very close to estimate. Overall, a very good experience.
