I needed to ship my car from west coast to the east coast and I heard of really bad experiences! Good thing I got Dale's number from a friend of mine who used them before! Although pick up time and delivery time was late (that's why I minus 1 star), because of traffic and really bad snowstorm in the Midwest, my car arrived in one piece with nothing missing inside and no additional damage on my car. I would definitely use them again and refer my friends!
