I've never used a transport company before, so I didn't know what to expect. I picked Montway because of low cost and high star ratings. My major concern was arrival day. I only had 3 days that I would be available to receive the truck, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Montway told me they would work with me to get the arrival on those days. I became a little concerned that the truck wouldn't arrive during that time when Montway emailed that a truck was dispatched and then another email that truck had been sent elsewhere. Three days later another email said my truck had been picked up. I thought the truck might arrive on Sunday if I was lucky, however to my pleasant surprise the driver called to say he would be here on Friday. The truck arrived when he said and my truck was undamaged. Thanks Montway!
