Ok, here's the my review and advice. Get several quotes, but try to avoid a search for quote via search engine. Hope that makes sense. This will avoid a barrage of quotes, opinions and sales pitches.
I pretty much went through that route but only one vendor was up front and honest with me.
It took me a good week to settle in all the data you read reviews with reference to problems.
I HAD NONE with Plaza Auto Transport.

I was quoted with a VERY fair transport fee and agreed via online. Not the cheapest but please remember, sometimes you get what you paid for.
Roger contacted me twice before the pick up. Once to confirm the agreement, the other to notify me of the carrier and their information etc.
The carrier contacted my Dad, where the car was located in Sacramento area, and was onsite within 15 minutes of the phone call.
I emailed Roger back about pickup.
Knowing this is winter and there has been a lot of adverse weather, I expected the car in 7-10 days.
I was contacted THURSDAY by the carrier's dispatcher the I30 would be in Friday night or Saturday morning.
Well as you see in the review, Friday at 7pm. Guys on the truck were awesome with handling my car.
No damages and no issues at all. Car was dirty but hey, it's an open carrier.
Give Roger a call. He is very patient and candid with conversation. And most important, HONEST.

I'd do it again with Plaza Auto Transport if I had more vehicles to be shipped.

Thank you Roger.
