Bill is helpful, direct, and got the job done perfectly just as he promised. This was my first time shipping my car across the country. Bill was extremely helpful and patient right from the beginning when I was shopping for quotes. He took the time to explain how the whole process would play out and made recommendations for how to list my car and which shippers were best to use. Every time I had a question Bill was available to take my call and he was great about proactively providing me with updates as he tried to coordinate a reliable driver to use. His customer service and industry knowledge are excellent. Too many people blame Bill for issues that are beyond his control! I have already recommended Bill to a coworker who needs their car shipped and I will definitely use Bill again in the future!
