Overall experience was good although I had to cancel with two drivers before I finally got in touch with a driver that could confirm a precise time and location. It was seeming standard for drivers to provide very rough 1-3 day windows and 2-5 mile distance to pickup estimates.
My advice: rather than miss 1-2 days of work, do everything possible to get a weekend pickup and find a driver that is willing to provide a real 12hr prior confirmation.
