We were shocked when my niece decided to "borrow" a car and truck out to California. She was going through a stage and she made a bad choice. We wanted to get her home right away, but we needed to see about the car.
All Aboard was so understanding about the situation. I didn't want them to ask my neice too many questions, just pick up the car and they totally understood that. I was terrified that if they started hammering her with questions she would bolt. That's the last thing we needed.
I felt bad because I didn't have the money to fly out there, bring the car home, and fly her home, but All Aboard even gave me a report on how my niece was doing. They went over and above the call of duty in my case. I'm so thankful that they did that for me.
So they loaded up the car and they advised me they were going to tow it in an enclosed carrier at no extra cost. Every other place I called to check prices had an extra charge for this. So I knew I was picking All Aboard for their understanding of the situation and the price.
They pick-up went smoothly. They were there on time and got the car loaded up. They came really early so I was able to get my niece home the same day. The three hour time difference made it a real time crunch.
