I needed to ship a setimental value automobile from Winter Springs, FL to Spring, TX. Jerry was not the 1st to contact me, but after just a short conversation I was sure this is who I wanted to contract. Jerry explained everything fully and responded with informative replys to all my questions and concerns. I wanted an enclosed carrier as the vehicle is that important to me. I was dealing with the death of my mother and all issues connected with settling her affairs. Jerry had everything setup and arranged within a matter of hours with minimal impact to my already hectic schedule. I was contacted by the driver (Alex) and confirmed the pickup date and location. Jerry then followed up with another confirmation call. on the morning of the pickup, Alex called when he was about an hour away. When Alex arrived he called and said he could not het the truck safely into the subdivision (this is a small golf course community with narrow curvey and sharp rises in the road). Alex was able to set up less than 1/8 of a mile from the house. In the few minutes that it took for me to drive the car to him, the truck was already ready to load. We conducted the walk around inspection and the car was loaded, all in less than 1 hour. Jerry then called to verify that the pickup was smooth. Approximately 24 hrs before delivery Alex called and then when he was 1 hr away he called again. Unloading was quick and smooth with no damage or issues. Jerry then followed up again the next day for confirmation of delivery. If I need to ship again, i will use Auto Shipping TLC. Thank you Jerry for doing and being all that you promised.
