I looked several company's and did a ton of research before hiring Gilbert owner of Philam Transport. You are dealing with broker's and not the company directly 98% of the time. Gilbert was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgable and filled me in on the entire process. He runs the show from start to finish. I shipped a Ford F-250 full size pick-up from Oregon to Boston, Ma in the middle of the winter. Not an easy job to fill. $1350.00 total was a great price and it stayed at that amount after we agreed on a trucking company. Gilbert worked to keep the cost down for me and found an excellent trucking company for the job. I will not hire anyone other than Philam Transport and never even thought of double-booking after hiring Gilbert. Relax and let the process work. Remember your shipping a car or truck and not mailing a letter. Of course things may not go exactly as planned. If your a reasonable person and understand the process you will be happy with Gilbert at Philam Transport he's the best.
