I had selected All American Transport (AAT) from the dozen or so responses I got to my quote request. (AAT was NOT the low quote, rather around the middle of the prices quoted... I liked the attention I got in term of followup emails and phone calls UNTIL I PLACED THE ORDER!!) I had requested quotes 50 days before the pickup/move was needed. On Monday of the move week, scheduled Friday move, I called John to see if we were OK, he said, "I'm working on it." Hearing nothing, I called again on Wednesday... got the same, except a "don't worry about it." I said when will I hear from you he said, later today. Not hearing back, onThursday I called again, left message. He called back said, can't find anyone to move it yetyet... maybe if you want to throw some more money at it, I'd get a taker? I said, I'll get a higher price myself, YOU keep working on it at the price you quoted. Never heard back from him again... found out he was out on Friday, the day the move was originally scheduled. I ended up DRIVING the car back to Minneapolis from Florida, myself. I would NEVER work with John or this company, again
