Kim is so awesome, she stuck with me and provided me with whatever information I needed. I decided to go with her because of her excellent customer service. She kept me informed throughout the whole shipping process. I always knew where my bike was. I'm super excited and I will be picking up my bike on Wednesday. Whenever I had a question, she answered me quickly. Kim made me feel comfortable and assured me that my bike was safe with her company handling it. Thank you Kim!!! Aloha!!! Come visit me when you're in hawaii!!
