Stephanie did a great job managing this move.
Carrier who confirmed the pick initially, re scheduled the car pick up by 3 days and informed me of the delay just a day before the scheduled pick up date.

Stephanie contacted another carrier who could pick my car the next day of the actual pick up date with a slight rate difference.
Overall good customer service with prompt responses.
