I received various calls and emails from Montway customer service reps that not only covered the information requirements for the pickup and drop off, but it also ensured that I fully understood everything from my end. Dispatch and driver numbers were also provided. I called the driver and he was very courteous, professional, and to the point. He delivered the car exactly when he said he would.
I will recommend Montway to everyone. I felt confident with the transaction before the driver even picked up the car.
