My fiance had just retired from the military and had scheduled a truck service to pick his vehicle up on Monday morning, unfortunately they called at noon and said they were unable to find someone to ship the truck. We were both in a panic and didn't know what to do because he was also scheduled to fly home on Tuesday. I immediately jump on the phone and start making phone calls to other trucking companies and was put in touch with Joseph. He went to work immediately helping me find a way to get the truck across the country. Even though I was stressed out and pissed off Joseph kept his cool and was very sympathetic and accommodating. In two hours Joseph called me back and said he had a driver that will deliver the truck. Not only did they pick it up on time, but it arrived three days early. I gave this man an impossible task, and he came through for me with flying colors. This entire group are amazing people.
