Gilbert was wonderful to work with. He explained the entire process as I've never shipped a vehicle before and didn't know what to expect. He was also great about returning calls in a timely manner. Shortly after he found a driver, he contacted me with the details. Shortly after, I received a call from the driver confirming the p/u date and time. I didn't have a good experience with the previous company I worked with....fee was charged immediately after my call with no driver assigned and 10 days later my car was still sitting in my driveway with little to no communication. I knew something was not right as I am in the service industry. Gilbert delivered as we discussed. I would highly recommend working with Gilbert for anyone needing to transport a vehicle. He is thorough and very pleasant to work with.

I would caution not to work with companies who require an upfront fee before assigning a driver and/or confirming a p/u date!!!
