Excellent, Easy and Uneventful Auto Shipping Experience

This was my first time needing auto shipping services. I needed to get a car shipped from CO to CA. After several very uneasy conversations with other brokers, I was fortunate enough to come across Auto Shipping Group. From my initial contact with my Auto Shipping Group Account Executive, Julie Johnston, throughout the entire shipping process, I knew I was in good hands. Julie fully explained their services, procedures and pricing, and followed up with an email as requested. She stayed on top of the shipping and kept in constant contact throughout the process. I had some very specific pickup requirements and she worked closely with my contact in Colorado and the contracted shipper to assure that it was handled. This was all accomplished in short order. She provided the ultimate customer service! The driver was attentive, thorough and extremely polite, both in phone conversations and during the pickup and delivery process. The car arrived on time and safely. I would definitely recommend Auto Shipping Group, Inc., especially if you want an excellent, easy and uneventful auto shipping experience.
