I've transported cars before and I must say this was by far the most comfturable I've ever felt. Carlos did all the leg work prior to booking my order. When I booked, he already had the driver's info ready because he called drivers that run this route for him all the time. I work at a hospital so communication on my end was poor but by simply emailing back and forth he accomodated all of my needs and made it happen. I will use Patriot Auto time and time again. Rep was very reasonable with the broker fee because I was on a tight budget. Really went above and beyond to ease me. I for one have had experiences that made me nervous from the get go. I can't say enough. Thanks guys. The driver was also very considerate and worked around my schedule. All around customer service was excellent.
