Although my car was dispatched to a driver two days later than the available date, the driver was on time and ver communicative throughout the entire process. I had his direct cell number and he alway answered and gave me a status throughout the entire time it took to ship my car, which I really appreciated. Even up until the delivery time, he was texting me status updates and gave me exact directions on where to meet him to pick up the car. Great service.
