Was promised the motorcycle would be picked up in Ohio on Weds. and delivered to me by Saturday at the latest. I called only to find out Thursday. That the bike was not picked up and wasn't even dispatched until Thursday and the driver just the contract on Thursday and he was in Virginia heading back to Ohio and could not pick the bike before the following Monday and the soonest I would have my bike would be the following Weds. My plan was to have the bike here Saturday for Bike Week in Daytona Florida. When i called Premier I was lied to about the pick up and delivery. I ask for a refund of my $220.00 deposit and was told I was under contact and NO way was I getting a refund. I still canceled the order and called my bank stopped the charge and had the money put back in my account ASAP. This is the worse auto transporter in the US. I ship cars and Harleys several times a year. I will never ever consider this Company nor recommend them to anybody. BUYER BEWARE of these scam artist and never use them. THEY ARE CROOKS WITH A LICENSE TO STEAL.
