My first car shipping experience went perfect with the assistance of Jason from Ship a Car Direct.
Jason was very honest and upfront with both benefits AND risks of the whole process. He returned my calls and emails promptly mostly within a couple of hours. When my car didn't get picked around the time I asked for he cut his own portion and and added it to the carrier's so I didn't have to pay extra. The car got picked the very next day by a wonderful carrier, Dave from Zeman Transportation Specialists LLC. Dave was very friendly and considerate of my situation. To my surprise, he had an enclosed carrier rather than the open one I asked/payed for!!! He picked up the car from Jacksonville on Friday morning and by Saturday afternoon it was delivered to Houston!!! Things couldn't go any better! Based on my experience, they will always be my top choice for any future need. Highly recommended.
