I chose Auto Shipping Group because of their well-earned reputation. Yes, the price was higher than other quotes I recieved but i figured it was worth spending more to work with a reputable company. First of all, I want to thank Gina Borgeson for her great service. she was extremely polite and professional. She always returned my calls, answered my emails, and checked up on me throughout my move without me even asking. She is an ideal customer service representative. In addition, the fikrst carrier that was assigned to me did not have good reviews, so I contacted Gina as soon as I could and asked to be assigned to a different carrier. 14 hours later, Gina found me a great new carrier and provided me the phone numbers of 3 people that work at the company (Aimee Trucking).
Overall, my experience was great, and with the help of Gina it was extremely simple and calming.
