9 times out of 10, I will pick a company with great customer service and a mediocre product over the reverse. In this case, I got above expectations for customer service AND a great product. Jerry was very quick to respond to my questions/concerns, and the car arrived seamlessly to me, despite icy road conditions. The vehicle was dirty, but I suppose that can be expected with the weather conditions. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
