When moving from Austin, TX to Richmond, VA my husband and I wanted to make the long drive together - which meant figuring out another way to get our second vehicle to our new home. Using Ship a Car Direct, we had a great experience from beginning to end. We appreciated the open communication and regular check-in's from our rep, Jason, and were very happy with our driver as well. We worked within a flexible time frame for pick-up and drop-off, but everything went very smoothly. It was also nice that, because the car was going to make it to Richmond before we did, we were able to assign my father to receive the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this company.
