I contacted a number of transportation companies about moving my 1976 Trans Am from Charlotte, NC to Ft. Worth, Texas. AutoStar was one of the few to offer enclosed transportation for under $1,000.00. Yasmin Sairally answered all of my questions, and was very helpful, without being too pushy. There was a couple of communication issues that could have gone better. I was not notified that my car was being picked up, the dealer notified me after the fact, that it had been picked up. Since they did pick it up a day after I agreed to use them as my transport company, I was happy with that, but would like to have been notified as to when it was being picked up. The driver contacted me soon after on a delivery schedule. The driver was professional, and honest about how long he thought it would take to deliver the car. The original delivery date was pushed back due to the driver being rerouted to pick up additional vehicles. Overall my experience was a good one. A couple of communication hiccups, but nothing that would keep me from using AutoStar in the future. Good price, helpful people.
