I wanted to move my car from Secaucus, NJ to Cedar Rapids, IA. I tried various agencies, but no one could find one. Then I had to change my destination, as many were willing to move the car upto Chicago, IL. So I got it there and drove from there to Cedar Rapids. The driver(Michael) from Ambee Transport, though was late a couple of hours in picking up, but seemed to be a nice guy. I was constantly in touch with him and was getting updates within an hour of messaging him. Only thing before getting into flight to Chicago I messaged and also left him a VM, but did not hear back from him. That caused lot's of anxiety and tension. But Kim from ASG was quite dligent to call me right after I landed in Chicago, she followed up with his agency and I too did few follow-ups and finally heard from their agency that he will be there at the pickup location in half n hour, he took another hour and my pickup got delayed by another 2 hours. But no big deal, the car was dirty, no doubt it had traveled long and it was winter. It was in perfect condition and also my stuff in the trunk was safe. I tipped the driver. It was a big relief.
