They were delayed in picking up my car due to snow and I had to raise the price $100 but after I raised the price a bit my car was picked up almost instantly! They were expected to get out to CA between 10-12 days after the pick up and they were here in 9. There was no damage to my car (and they do a thorough check at pick up) but it was really dirty. Nothing a car wash can't fix. Would use again. Jason is really great and super helpful!!!
