I had an urgent need to transport my Prius from Ohio to California, with weather being a scary issue. Chase explained the whole process perfectly, and I knew which driver was going to contact me right away so I could ignore the dozens of other brokers calling. This really defused my stress. I made a few anxious calls to Chase before connecting with the driver, but I felt an instant trust. The cost was rock-bottom, lower than all the other quotes that whizzed in and out of my email and phone. The driver was also honest, and the process went seamlessly, the car perfectly intact when it got there. I even brought up the difficulty getting into San Francisco, and the driver assured me that he would drive it himself to my elderly dad. Thanks for an easy experience from someone who has moved dozens of times!
