Where to begin?! The experience was positive from "Hello"! Begin with Kimberly. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, communicative! The list of positive attributes is endless! I was nervous of the process to begin with. Relocating across country was a daunting enough task. To consider having to manage the prospect of having my car shipped without any understanding was not something I was looking forward to. I made no fewer than a dozen calls, read countless reviews and was no more comfortable. I took the top rated review from the nationwide carrier system and made the call. Had I only called Kimberly to begin with i wouldn't have worried one bit! She put together the bid package, posted and provided information without delay. The carrier was equally professional. From Alex managing the dispatching and communication with the driver to the driver (Serg) himself; the process was streamlined and fool-proof! I was anticipating a 5-7 delivery. Imagine my surprise when it arrives three days later! How could I not be pleased?! Kimberly, Auto Shipping Group, Alex, Serg and Motion Auto Carriers made this the experience everyone should expect.
