It was critical the truck not be delivered until we had driven our moving truck to the new address. Our pickup date was flexible but when we got a call from the driver requesting to move ahead one day we were glad to.
I gave the promptness an excellent even though delivery was a few hours late; because Montway took ownership and delivered to our front door. This was an unexpected accommodation since the agreed delivery point was several miles away to facilitate Montway's commercial transport.
Great and stress free experience for our 2002 truck - a valued family member.
