I have never shipped a vehicle before and frankly do not believe too much any more in customer service. It is an over used and generic term that I think died away years ago unless you are wealthy and someone wants your business. I certainly have never spent this kind of money dealing with someone over the phone. Lance was true to his word on everything. I called a few places, and read about many places which of course made me skeptical. Lance was thorough, realistic, courteous etc. He followed through which is huge for me and was reachable when I felt I needed to reach him. What more would you want. Price was fair compared to everyone else and although it was more than I wanted to spend I believe you get what you pay for so we did it. This was completely out of the box for me and my brother who shipped the car but everything went very well. I would use this company again but would specifically ask for Lance.
