Snow delays

I gave the company an excellent rating. Given the range of quotes I receive and the wide range of prices, I was pleased to see Auto Shipping delivering what they promised. Lance at Auto Shipping was always available to answer questions and his quote was spot on. There were no hidden costs or surprises. He was concerned about the delay in receiving the car, but as he, nor the driver has any control over the weather, the delays were expected and unavoidable. The time the car was in transport, the northeast was hit with two major snow storms and bitter cold temps as well. The driver kept me informed of the delays and he had several, all weather related. This had to be a very difficult trip for him. He called every day to report where he was and when he would arrive in mid Maine to make the delivery. The driver was on time on the final delivery day and took great care in driving the car off the truck. Other then a bit of road snow and ice the car was in good condition. A special thanks to Lance for all his hard work and excellent customer service !
