Watch out for their quote. They withhold $30 in exchanged for a review on the Internet. I found out this practice after place the order.

One day after I have paid the deposit, I received email required me to pay my deposit since my car had been picked up. My car was still at my drive way and I haven't heard anything from the driver. Later, another email arrived apologizing about their mistake. Ok, just some communication mistake.

The pickup day was delayed until 8 o'clock at night. The driver asked me to take my car to community entrance by a busy road that the legal speed limit was 50 mph. It was pitch dark and 28 degree outside. While cars passed us at 65/mph, he asked us to sign the bill of lading, which is a poor zerox'ed copy without his company complete title.

I left a message to Tom complained about the pickup process. Next day, Tom emailed me telling me that the car has been delivered and I can use the included a link to write a review in order to get my $30 rebate. ?????? Is it a machine on the other line?

I did get lots of reminder to have cash ready to pay the driver.

The car arrived 6 days later. There are lots of tart dots all around my white car. I took it to car wash. The workers there had to wash the car twice in order to get rid of them.

Overall, it is not a well organized transportation process and the communication is poor. Customer service leaves the impression of money focus.
