Called on a Monday. First call seemed very professional. They emailed me contract and withdrew $110 deposit within 5 minutes of my initial call. Told me vehicle would ship within 24 hours. I called back on Tuesday and was told the truck would be picked up that day by 5pm. After 5, the dealership called and said the truck was still there and no one ever called them. On Wednesday called and was told the transport had issues and would be there to pick k the truck up by 5 that day. After 5 I called the dealership and again, the truck was still there and they never called them. On Thursday, after leaving several more messages, I finally got my call returned and they said the original shipper didn't have insurance so new transport would pi k the truck up on Saturday. On Friday I received an email with the new transport contact info (which has I never got before) so I called Saturday morning while he is when he was supposed to pick k it up and the guy who answered the phone doesn't even work for the company and knew nothing about picking anything up. Called back to fast track AGAIN and the guy who answered had no clue of what was going on and would research it and call me back....... He never did. This is about the most unprofessional bun have of guys who don't have a clue what they are doing. TOOK $110 IN 5 MINUTES BUT WE'RE HARD TO GET AHOLD OF AFTER THAT. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

Sorry for the delay with you transport. Our office was closed when you called us 30 times in a row. You forgot to mention the professionalism you failed you use with EXTREME CURSING AND RACIALLY PROFILES. Carriers typically pick up within a 24 to 48 hour time frame of your FIRST AVAILABLE pick up date. WE CAN NOT NOR DO WE EVER GUARANTEE PICK UP DATES OR DELIVERY DATES. I guess some people just hear what they want too.
